Getting started as an Apple Authorised Reseller
Step 1: Sign up for the Apple Partner Portal
- Go to the Apple Partner Portal at https://partnerweb.apple.com
- Use your work Apple Account to sign up. This ensures the account is linked correctly to your business.
Step 2: Provide your Reseller ID
- During the sign-up process, you will be asked to provide your Reseller ID.
Step 3: Navigate to the DEP Section
- Once you have access to the Partner Portal, find the section for the Device Enrolment Program (DEP)
Step 6: Share Your DEP Reseller ID with Customers
- You will need to provide your new DEP Reseller ID to your customers.
- Your customers will use this ID to whitelist you in their Apple Business Manager (ABM) account.
Step 5: Receive Your DEP Reseller ID
- Upon successful completion of the application, Apple will provide you with a unique DEP Reseller ID.
- Important: Note that this ID is separate from any other IDs you have with Apple.
Step 4: Complete the DEP Training Quiz
- To proceed with the DEP application, you will need to complete a short training quiz.
Step 7: Provide the DEP Reseller ID for Future Orders
- You will also need to provide this DEP Reseller ID for all future orders that are intended for DEP.
Step 8: Whitelist Synnex as a Supplier
- When you are ready, you will need to whitelist Synnex as a supplier within the Partner Portal.
